Elite Football Mentoring (EFM) is a premium, personalised football coaching service. Each week your mentor — a UEFA PRO licensed analyst — reviews your match footage, delivers a detailed video analysis, and works with you one-on-one to accelerate your development as a player.

Your mentor is Raúl Fuentes de la Mano, a UEFA PRO licensed match analyst with extensive experience at professional clubs in Spain and internationally. He brings elite-level tactical insight to every session.

EFM is designed for serious football players — from promising youth talents to semi-professional and professional athletes — who want structured, expert-led video mentoring to reach the next level. We also offer programmes for clubs and academies.

Unlike generic training apps, EFM provides fully personalised, one-on-one mentoring based on your own match footage. Your mentor watches your games, identifies specific areas for improvement, and creates a tailored plan — exactly how elite clubs develop their players.

Each week follows a clear cycle: you submit your match video, your mentor analyses it in depth, you receive a detailed video breakdown highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, and (depending on your plan) you have a face-to-face video call to discuss the analysis and set objectives for the coming match.

You need access to footage of your matches — full-game recordings are ideal. A device with internet access for video calls and reviewing your analysis is also necessary. We'll guide you through everything once you're registered.

After registration, you'll receive clear instructions on how to upload or share your match footage with your mentor each week. The process is straightforward and we adapt to different formats and circumstances.

EFM is a monthly subscription. You can continue for as long as you want — most players stay for multiple months to track their progress and continuously improve.

We offer three tiers — Basic (PRO video analysis), Medium (analysis + weekly video call), and Gold (full weekly monitoring including analysis, video call, follow-up questionnaire, and individual match plan). Each tier is designed to match different levels of commitment and budget.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the transition.
